All students must complete four units of English.

Foreign Language

For the College Preparatory Diploma, students must complete two units of Foreign Language. For the Advanced Studies Diploma, students must complete three units of one Foreign Language, or two units in two Foreign Languages.

Many four-year colleges require two units of one Foreign Language.

Students whose native language is not English may replace the Foreign Language requirement with ESL courses.

Mathematics
